We are recruiting for costs draftsmen based out of our Manchester and Leeds offices, with the opportunity to work from home.

As a firm of Solicitors, we can accept applications from Solicitors, CILEX and Cost Lawyers.

Ideal candidates will have experience which will include:

  • experience in Commercial Litigation, Clinical Negligence and/or Personal Injury
  • drafting budgets and attending CCMC
  • drafting bills in complex high value matters
  • drafting Points of Dispute
  • drafting Replies
  • attending detailed assessments

The successful applicant will have a full understanding of the CPR and must be a good negotiator.

Experience of advocacy would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary at market rate depending on experience.
